We are a team of professional kitchen and bathroom designers and builders dedicated to quality, innovation, and happy clients. To keep in touch with the latest trends in remodeling, we continually take courses offered by our supporting organizations. We are focused on universal design and have become Certified Aging in Place specialists (CAPS) through the NAHB. As professionals, we work together to complete all projects on time and within budget without sacrificing even the smallest detail. Les Sussman is President of The Kitchen and Bath People / Wholesale Builders Products. He is a licensed N.C. General Contractor with thirty years of industry experience under his belt. With a background in home renovation and remodeling, as well as residential and commercial construction, Les knows quality and accepts nothing less. His good nature, professional demeanor, and keen eye for detail are reflected in the quality workmanship of our company.
Phyllis Sussman is Vice President and Treasurer of The Kitchen and Bath People / Wholesale Builders Products. She has designed kitchens and baths for builders and remodelers for twenty years and continues to come up with innovative ideas every day. Besides producing her own designs, Phyllis is also responsible for critiquing the designs of our staff and ensuring that every project is a success.
Stephanie Pons is the newest member of the Kitchen and Bath People's team. She is NCIDQ certified and has three years experience practicing design. Her hunger for design knowledge has proved an asset as she writes for our blog where you will find entries to inspire, introduce, and educate.
John Mays is our Production Supervisor. He leads our teams in the installation of cabinetry, as well as all custom carpentry requests, and ensures that every project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
John Callahan is the Kitchen and Bath People's tile expert and installer. An artisan in his own right, John can bring tile and stone to life, creating a beautiful and distinctive design compliment to your kitchen, bathroom or any space in your home.
